The aim of this course is to support school staff in their understanding of the new data protection laws and data security. The training covers the key elements of the new laws and good practice on how schools should ensure that all personal data is used, transported and stored in a responsible manner.

School staff should undertake annual GDPR training to ensure that school leaders are confident the data that is held at your school stays safe. Training should also be made available as part of an induction package for new members of staff.
