This course covers child protection and safeguarding and meets the annual requirement to ensure staff are aware of safeguarding and annual updates. This training course is in line with the latest government guidance, including ‘Working Together to Safeguard Children 2018’ and ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’. It is also essential training for all new staff as part of an induction programme.
The course covers in-depth issues such as child sexual exploitation and how to report concerns. The training fulfils the safeguarding training outcomes as specified by OFSTED.
The course also includes the changes from September 2022.
